Boarding rates as of January 1, 2010
Full board with general turnout: $600 monthly
When available, full board with semi-private turnout is $625 monthly. Currently, semi-private fields are full. New horses
must be able to go into the large general turnout field with mares and geldings.
Sorry, no field board.
These prices include a tack locker, administration of supplements and medications, blanketing, booting and holding horses
in for vets and farriers. We do not charge extra for horses that require a third meal or larger quantities of sweet feed or
hay to maintain proper weight.
We have a horse trailer that can be rented for $50 plus $2 a mile.

EXTRA CHARGES
*We surcharge for premium feed (such as senior feed).
*For a horse that requires 24/7 stalling for injury or illness, there is a $2 per day extra charge after the first 3 days.
*There is a $10 per month fee to help defray increased electric costs when we run stall fans in summer and heated water
buckets in winter.
For boarders moving in after April 1, 2008, there is a $25 charge per month for trailer parking.
We charge our cost for medical supplies (i.e. Vetrap, gauze) or will ask you to replace our supplies. We expect boarders
to provide special care their horses may require, such as foot soaking, wrapping, hand walking or wound dressing, but will
provide these services if an owner is unable to be here. We reserve the right to charge for these extra services if they are
required for a prolonged time but, generally, are able to do so at no charge.
