HOW LEASING WORKS: With a full lease, the rider usually pays for the horse's board and has exclusive use of the horse.
A partial lease is usually a half-lease; the rider pays the owner half the horse's monthly board bill in exchange for 3 rides
weekly. Specific arrangements may vary among owners and riders. For instance, the horse owner may or may not want the rider
to share expenses for veterinary and farrier care. Lessons cost extra and are paid by the rider directly to the trainer.

| Duncan |
DUNCAN: Handsome, double-registered Palomino Quarter Horse gelding available for partial lease at Millhaven Horse Farm.
Duncan is 12-years-old and about 15 hands high. Goes Western or English. Is quiet and responsive under saddle whether in
the ring or on the trails. Walks, trots, canters and goes over low jumps nicely. Has very comfortable gaits. Sweet horse
but can be pushy on the ground. Prefer intermediate rider and someone willing to initially take a few biweekly lessons with
Duncan's current trainer. For more info, contact Ann Zinsser at azinsser@worldnet.att.net or info@millhavenhorsefarm.com.

| Lenin |
LENIN: This adorable older Arab is one of the best behaved horses in our barn. He has excellent manners on the ground and
under saddle and is experienced in the ring and on the trail, where he gladly goes alone or with other horses. He is one
of the few horses we consider virtually bomb-proof. He is available for partial leasing. His owner would like to find an
advanced beginner or intermediate rider interested in light flat work, trail riding and pampering Lenin. Lenin is a small
horse and requires a petite rider. For more info, contact info@millhavenhorsefarm.com.
