Lessons and Instructors

Lessons at Millhaven are available ONLY to those boarding or leasing a horse at our farm.

We are not a schooling barn and have no lesson horses or lesson program. We have several independent trainers who provide private instruction in dressage, hunter/jumper, eventing and

basic Western riding and we periodically have clinics. Private lessons, however, do not get

priority and all boarders have equal access to the riding arenas.

See below for a short bio on instructors who teach at Millhaven.

Additional independent trainers are welcome, but must have their own liability insurance and

must provide us with a Certificate of Liability Insurance (Acord Form 25) with Millhaven Horse

Farm listed as a certificate holder. Insurance agents are familiar with this form.

We lost BOB CIRI in 2023 to cancer. Bob was beloved by all his students and is sorely missed.
